Summer may be "officially" over, but fresh, local vegetables continue to be available at farmer's markets, produce stands and, for some, right out of the back yard. And with nice weather to look forward to for at least another month, who wants to put away the grill?
We've found some intriguing recipes for grilled vegetables – all except the Grilled Corn Dip are cooked entirely on the grill. Can't wait to try these!
